Where science becomes an adventure!
Please pardon our stardust as we reimagine the universe inside Fernbank Science Center! Over the next couple of months our exhibit hall and planetarium are getting a high-tech makeover. Therefore, the science center will be temporarily closed to the public beginning Monday August 12th to create a galaxy of new experiences for the community. We look forward to welcoming you back later in the fall. See you soon!
The closure does not affect students in the STT or Advanced Studies programs.
We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
World Space Week, celebrated annually in October, is the largest space event on Earth, uniting space enthusiasts, educators, and communities worldwide.
